Howdy ya'll!

Its been some time now that this here website has be updated. And for that, I personally, must apologize. A lot of things have been going on around here at the 'Mortus camp. But, now we all seem to be on our feet, so, we'll start with the updats now, shall we?

The new line up is set! With the departure of former guitarist/vocalist Balmore, we had 2 positions to fill. But, the search is over! The band is once again, complete! So lets give you a run down of the new line up!

Rhythm/Lead Guitar - Sean Redline
Rhythm/Lead Guitar/Voacls - Jadran "Conan" Gonzalez
Bass Guitar - Daniel Duarte
Drums - Mario Moreno

That's right! Conan has stepped up and begun full vocal duties of the band! And what of this, Sean Redline? He has fully joined the band as our second guitar player. He hails from the most dark and sinister parts of a Riverside! Ha-ha! Just foolin. He is from Riverside, though. He's a pretty timid guy, and gets along with us amazingly well. Which was one of the main requirements we were seeking. Come out to a show and welcome him into the 'Mortus family! So far, he's only has 3 shows under his belt with us, but we're counting on more to come. We all feel pretty strong about this line up. A lot of you guys might feel a little dissapointed to hear of Balmore quiting, but for us it was the best decision. This new line up seems a lot more solid and deteremined for wold domination. We seem to be on the same page finally, as far as members go.
And with that being said, progress for the new album has been going smoothly and quickly now that the line up has been finalized. Which, can be heard on TWO new recorded tracks! You heard the preview of "Entombed With the Pharaohs" here, but now you can hear the new studio version of it on our MYSPACE. The other new track, has yet to be released, but it will soon enough! For now go get a taste of whats in store for the album!

As far as seening us in a town near you, we got a ton of shows coming up in the next month. Check out the SHOWS for more information about whats to come! Plus, we've announced a date in PUERTO RICO, coming in November! We're pretty pumped about that one!
